It's easy roll your eyes at someone who has jumped on the 'I love Alexa Chung!' bandwagon... But it only takes a little sniff around the
Internet and you'll see why this girl is so loved. Perhaps her look is actually considered when she gets dressed and isn't so effortless. But who cares?! Maybe more of us should! (Maybe she actually does throw it all together mindlessly... Bitch!) But for me it's the hair. Call it
Balayage or
Ombre colouring technique, but it is simpler (and more fun!) than an full head of high and low lights and Alexa is a great advert for it.
I've heard some people say it's only for browns to blondes and not dark brown or black, but that is bull. It can look amazing using a dark caramel or even reds on the end of darker hair. There are no boundaries.
